SOMEONE continues to stalk Collins and her young children. He has followed them when they were leaving the old house. Collins was very afraid and the children were crying. She pulled into the Oegstgeest police station and as soon as she got into the parking lot he sped away. This man has contacted Collins new neighbors and tried to convince them that she was a problem neghbor.
SOMEONE threatened the children that he is going to steal their pet cat and that the cat will disappear forever.
The Rijsnburg police refuse to intervene. They said it is not their problem anymore because the family moved out of Rijnsburg.
Yesterday, December 27th SOMEONE drove up and down the street of their new house. He parked in front on Collins' house and just waited and watched. Independent individual witnessed this behavior from this odd man.
Fortunately the Oegstgeest police accepted a criminal complaint.
SOMEONES credibility has to be questioned. He claims that this family was the problem and he just wanted them out of his neighborhood. He got his way: this woman and her children fled their home and moved to another town. But SOMEONE keeps following them/stalking them and harassing them.
Does anyone know how stop SOMEONE from terrorizing this single mother and her children?
